Network Connectivity Reference
Your organization’s IT and network experts must ensure that user and company devices and systems can interact with the TrueContext solution. TrueContext uses four main IPs and four backup IPs for all outbound data from the TrueContext server. There are also domains and AWS endpoints that the TrueContext Mobile App clients need access to. This topic lists the IPs, domains, and endpoints that must not be blocked.

Outbound and inbound IPs
If you are not receiving submitted data at your configured Data Destinations A Data Destination specifies where to send data from a submitted form. You can use Data Destinations to automate data sharing and storage, routing data to a specific service (such as email or cloud storage) in several different formats., your security solutions might be blocking connections from TrueContext
To support existing integrations, some items will continue to use “prontoforms” or “pf” in the domain or code.

Email IPs
TrueContext uses trusted sub-processors to secure and maintain our dedicated email servers. Security is our priority, and all messages are properly secured using the latest encryption technologies and security best practices.
By default, when you configure an email destination in the TrueContext system, the email is sent from one of our dedicated IP addresses. We have invested in dedicated email servers so that our customers can benefit from robust email security.
Clients might receive email from the following IPs:
198.2.132.159
142.0.177.94
142.0.186.32
167.89.75.164
54.240.125.10
54.240.125.11
54.240.125.12
54.240.117.164
54.240.117.163
54.240.117.165
The IPs listed above are used by default for all email sent from the TrueContext system. You might want to configure your email destinations to use your own SMTP servers instead.
Note:SMTP routing applies only to the destinations that you set up to use your SMTP servers. All TrueContext Admin emails, such as password reset emails, will continue to be sent from the trusted TrueContext IPs listed above.
If your spam filters and firewalls filter by domain instead of IP, add the following domains to your allow list:
@truecontext.com
@notifications.truecontext.com
@mail1.truecontext.com
@mail2.truecontext.com
@mail3.truecontext.com
